So Sorry, I'm Back Now!

Hello there,  I first want to say how sorry I am to have disappeared for such a long while. Life has gotten busy with my little one starting school, a job outside of the shop for myself in a local not for profit organization, and so much more. I have also received a diagnosis of anxiety and all the changes and difficulties that come with starting medications for that - you may see more posts about mental health here as well since I am certain I am not the only Endo Warrior with Anxiety and/or Depression. Our 1PC RelCare TENS Pen for pain relief.  The RelCare Pen basically treats pain using small bursts of controlled electronic frequencies. But does it really work, and does it live up to the hype? We all know that the world is full of gimmicks, but is the RelCare a legitimate answer to pain relief - especially for those of us with moderate to severe chronic...

TENS Machine Tutorial and FREE Electrode Placement Chart!

Hello! TENS machines are an alternative to pain killers that you can use for your pain. They are small, unobtrusive machines with electrodes which you attach to the skin and they send small electrical pulses into your body. The electrical pulses are thought to work by either blocking the pain messages as they travel through the nerves or by helping the body produce endorphin's which are natural pain-fighters.  Personally, I have used TENS units for over ten years to deal with the awful pain symptoms of Endometriosis but you can use them to deal with so many different types of pain...
