It has been a little while since my last post because I was waiting for this awesome item to arrive so I could try it out and get a good idea of how well it works. Our 1PC RelCare TENS Pen for pain relief.
The RelCare Pen basically treats pain using small bursts of controlled electronic frequencies. But does it really work, and does it live up to the hype? We all know that the world is full of gimmicks, but is the RelCare a legitimate answer to pain relief - especially for those of us with moderate to severe chronic pain?
When I first received my RelCare Pen I immediately tried it on a tension headache and also on pain I have been dealing with from a cyst on my right ovary. I am happy to report that I did actually find that it helped!
My headache went away quite quickly and I definitely felt my pain diminish when I used it around the ovary - great news! Yes, I will admit that the pain from the ovary was still there but I definitely didn't feel like I had to turn to my heavy painkillers for additional relief and that is a big deal for me.
So, what is the RelCare Pen? It is basically a device that is the size of a regular ink pen which you can keep in your pocket, purse, home, vehicle, etc. It is a pain-relief device, though it does not relieve pain through any of the over-used traditional methods. All you have to do is click the small button 30-40 times to complete the treatment while pointing the pen directly towards the pain. The treatment usually takes about one minute to complete.
The RelCare Pen delivers a small, controlled electric current every time the button is click. These currents are not created by batteries, but rather by small crystals within the pen itself. The pen can last for up to 2 years.
These small electronic frequencies help to not only treat the pain, but also to stimulate healing… making the pen a veritable medical breakthrough in portable, drug-free, pain relief therapy.
As it turns out, there are very compelling reasons to believe that the RelCare is actually a legitimate pain relief device and not just some sales gimmick. In one particular clinical study of the "Pain Gone" Brand of the same device it was actually tested on 50 different patients suffering from chronic pain in the lower back and large joints. These patients were recruited from the pain clinic at the Northern General Hospital Sheffield, and 90% of sufferers reported improvement that was ranked as ‘almost amazing’. Many other independent tests and studies show that the Pen can stop or relieve pain quickly in up to 87% of the cases on which it is used, making it a reliable alternative to medication.- Read more: http://www.stemcellsfreak.com/2013/10/pain-gone-pen-review.html#ixzz4bvV5M8Py
Personally, I will be getting a few more of these RelCare Pens to keep on hand because I certainly felt the difference in my pain levels.
