The Happy Uterus Extra Long Heat Pack & Eye Pillow
Handmade in Australia.
Longer than your average heat pack. I am an extra long rectangle heat pack to soothe aches and pains on any part of your body.
Put me around your neck, across your back, down your leg or on your lap. I'm versatile. I am also great for the gas pain after a laparoscopy.
Materials: 100% cotton.
Filling: whole lupins sourced locally in NSW, unscented.
Care instructions
I come with a care card. Please read it thoroughly before using me for the first time.
To use hot:
Heat packs can only be heated in microwave ovens. Remember that all microwave ovens are different - the times provided are simply a guide. Place the heat pack in the microwave and heat for 1.5 minutes, then in 30 second intervals to reach your desired temperature (to a maximum of 3 minutes). Do not reheat the heat pack until it is completely cool. Only heat from room temperature.
To use cold:
Place the heat pack in the freezer in a bag for at least 1 hour. Spot clean with a damp cloth, do not wash.

Eye Pillow
I am a little pillow made to sit perfectly over your eyes. I am filled with locally sourced biodynamic wheat kernels for the right amount of pressure and organic lavender and chamomile flowers to promote relaxation and calm. Use me at room temperature or chilled when you have a migraine, tired or puffy eyes or when you just need to relax.
Note: Sometimes the eye pillow colours will vary based on what part of the fabric it was cut from (and the direction). It means that each one will be unique in its own way and we can reduce fabric wastage!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The eye pillow was designed to be used cold or at room temperature. You can however, choose to warm it. To chill, place me in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. The eye pillow can be heated in a microwave oven, but do not heat for more than 30 seconds. Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before placing on any delicate skin, including your eyes. Spot clean with a damp cloth only, do not wash.

How to use
Open the packet and remove the heat patch.
Peel away the backing paper.
Apply the patch to the outside of your clothing over the area requiring warmth.
Enjoy comforting heat for up to 10 hours.
Remove and dispose of after use.
Important: Apply only to clothing. Do not apply directly to the skin.
