What is the shipping policy?

We use Australia Post service to deliver your purchased items to you.

We ship our products across Australia with standard and express shipping options available through Australia Post.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight (kg).

There may be times where shipping will take a little longer than what is indicated above (for example, during a pandemic or peak times such as Christmas). We will notify you if this is to be the case. If you have not received your purchased items within our suggested timeframes, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
Delivery of your order may also be delayed if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address.

Order pick-up
You are not permitted to collect your purchased items from us. However, we will (upon your request) deliver purchased items to you, within a twenty-five (25) kilometre radius of the 4226 post code.

What is the shipping process?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Orders made via our Website will be processed as soon as possible after payment has been received in cleared funds. Please email us if delivery of your order is urgent or required within a specific timeframe.

 Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Frequently asked shipping questions

Can I update my order? 

If you need to make any updates to your order, you can do so only before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, we won't be able to modify shipping information, upgrade shipping options, or add/remove items. Therefore, we advise you to double-check your order details before placing it. 

If you've made a mistake, please email us within an hour of placing your order at info@theendoshop.com, and we'll do our best to make any necessary changes before dispatching. However, if you contact us after that window, we won't be able to guarantee that we'll be able to update your order, and you may be charged a redelivery fee.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We ship to PO Boxes in Australia through Australia Post. However, some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, and we will notify you and make alternative arrangements for delivery.

How do I track my package during shipping?

The carrier will provide you with tracking information once your package is dispatched.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout for a global shipping request, please send an email to info@theendoshop.com.

It is important to note that duties and taxes are not included for orders outside of Australia. Hence, your local customs authorities may charge import tax and duty upon delivery.

We suggest you check the customs laws in your country before making any payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE : SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN LUPINS AND OTHER NATURAL GRAIN PRODUCTS AND AS SUCH MAY BE SUBJECT TO QUARANTINE IF BEING SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY. PLEASE CHECK WITH LOCAL CUSTOMS BEFORE ORDERING FROM ANY COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA IF ANY ITEM NEEDS TO BE TREATED OR DESTROYED BY CUSTOMS THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE TO PAY OR FORE-FIT COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS. 

An item is missing from my order

If any item is missing from an order, please email us with the order number and the code or name of the item you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations. However, The Endo Shop will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Can I cancel my order?

You are not permitted to cancel any order, unless expressly agreed to, in writing, by The Endo Shop. We are not under any obligation, legal or otherwise, to agree to cancel any order that you have made, via the Website.

Can I get a refund?

If you are concerned about your entitlement to a refund relating to your purchase of any item, we recommend that you read on to learn about your rights and our obligations to you.

Entitlement to a refund

You will only be entitled to a refund where you have an entitlement under any relevant law, such as the Australian Consumer Law. 

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, you must provide us with:

 Once we receive the above information, we will assess whether you are entitled to receive a refund. If so, then we will provide you with further instruction relating to the refund process, including a return postal address.

Issue of refunds 

If you are entitled to a refund, then the refund will be issued to you via the same payment method used by you to make your original payment to us. Please email us if you have not received your refund within five (5) business days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
