The Happy Uterus Heat Pack & Eye Pillow
Designed to wrap around your body, this wearable heat pack feels like a warm cuddle for pelvic pain, cramps, and lower back pain. Featuring an adjustable strap, you can position it wherever feels most comfortable. The slimline heat pack fits perfectly into the pouch and can be worn over or underneath clothing.
Note: this product comes as two separate pieces (heat pack + wearable pouch), designed to be used together.
We designed the heat pack and wearable pouch separately because:

The approximate sizing is based on the measurement between your hips and waist.
