More about Friends with Dignity:
Friends with Dignity is a volunteer based not-for-profit registered charity that provides practical programs to assist survivors of domestic violence in collaboration with refuge and crisis centres. Their dedicated and passionate team of volunteers are committed to making a difference within our Community, and changing the lives of the men, women and children they assist. All of their programs are gifted unconditionally, they do not charge the victims they assist nor the supporting organisations and refuges who refer their clients to them.
Built on the foundation that change is effected through community engagement, their programs encourage individuals, groups and organisations to actively initiate change by providing tangible ways in which we all can Step Up, Speak Out and Support. Beyond raising awareness of domestic violence, they seek to work with communities to be part of the solution.
