An excellent book for those whose lives are so busy, they forget about the importance of self care. I have gifted this book a couple of time to those who really need a reset for whatever reason.

I have this in my pelvic health treatment room and it is loved by everyone

Been great for pain relief, love the different options. It’s super discreet, no one can tell I’m wearing it and the sticky pads don’t hurt coming off each time.
Only slightly annoying is that it last 1 hour each time and you have to press it again but that’s only minor

I recently received my post surgery box last week. Sleep tee is very comfortable and is made of soft material. Sleep mask blocks out the sun (I work nights). The sleep essential oil smells really good.

Absolutely loved this book, I suffer from endometriosis myself and it opened my eyes at a lot of the stuff in here
